1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition

  • The seal (if applicable) must not be broken

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on opened or used fragrances.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items with broken seals

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue by:

  • Sending a replacement, or

  • Issuing a full refund


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
